Nerotek deliberately keeps a human in the purchase loop. Instead of firing an automated email with a key into the void, every order is reviewed and completed by the developer in a Discord ticket. Here is the exact path from interest to a running plugin.
The four steps
- Pick the plugin — check the product page for the exact platform and version requirements, and test it on the demo server if one is available.
- Create the order — add the plugin to the cart and check out; your order is saved to your store account instantly.
- Open the purchase ticket — join the official Discord server with your order ID; the developer verifies the payment there.
- Receive your build 1:1 — your personal licensed build is delivered in the ticket, usually within hours of payment confirmation.
Crypto payments are verified through the transaction hash, which is why the ticket checklist asks for it. After delivery, the same thread handles follow-ups: installation questions, configuration help and update requests. If something does not work for you, refund requests are handled within 48 hours of delivery under the published refund policy.
