Terms of Service

These terms govern your purchase and use of Nerotek plugins, tools and services. They are intentionally short and readable — by buying from us you agree to them, so we wrote them in plain English.
01Licenses
Every purchase grants a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license covering every server you own or operate — one payment never becomes a per-server subscription. Licenses are tied to the purchasing account and are non-transferable without prior written approval from the administration (open a ticket on the official Discord server).
The binding product terms are published in our Discord server's #product-terms channel.
- You may modify configs freely and run the software commercially.
- You may not resell, redistribute, or publish the jar files or source code.
- You may not use the software to build a competing commercial plugin product.
02Payments & delivery
Prices are listed in EUR and include all taxes where applicable. After your payment is verified, your personal build and license key are delivered to you directly by our team (see Paying with Crypto and Order Review & Delivery in the Docs).
03Updates & availability
Licenses include all future updates at no extra cost. We keep the plugin compatible with current stable server platforms and fix reported issues on a best-effort basis. Our infrastructure is monitored continuously and current service health is published on the status page at /status — we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
04Acceptable use
You agree not to use our software for unlawful purposes, to circumvent license enforcement, or to attack, overload or reverse-engineer Nerotek services (including the REST API beyond your rate limits). We may terminate licenses that are used fraudulently or obtained through chargeback abuse.
05Warranty & liability
Software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind beyond the refund commitment in our Refund Policy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nerotek Development is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
06Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes are announced on the status page at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
