Key rejected, IP changed after a host move, loader cannot reach the license server — worked fixes in order.
Almost every license problem is one of three things: a key handling mistake, a binding that no longer matches after an infrastructure change, or a connectivity problem between your server and the license server. Work through the sections below in order — and if the end of a section says "ticket", you have earned it: open one with your order ID.
This is expected behavior, not a malfunction. Licenses are IP-bound: when the server's public IP changes, the recorded binding no longer matches, and validation fails by design until staff update it. The fix is quick and fully covered in Requesting a License Reset — post your order ID, the old and new IPs, and the loader validates again after the reset.
Warning:Do not try to "fix" a binding mismatch by reinstalling, re-purchasing or asking elsewhere for a new key. None of it touches the recorded binding — only a staff reset does.
Your personal loader validates against Nerotek's license server over TLS on port 8443 — so your game server must be able to make outbound connections on that port. If validation suddenly fails with no change to your IP or hardware, connectivity is the first suspect.
Note:Every license ticket starts with the order ID — it is how staff find your purchase in seconds. Without it, the first reply will just ask for it.
