What the team verifies after your payment, how 1:1 delivery works, and exactly what you receive.
The moment you check out, your order is mirrored to the Nerotek team internally — a real person picks it up, and from there everything is handled by hand. This page explains what the team verifies, how the delivery actually happens, and exactly what lands in your hands at the end.
Verification is quick when the basics are in place, which is why the flow keeps pointing at the same two artefacts: your order ID and your transaction hash. With both posted in your ticket, the team can usually confirm a payment in one step.
Delivery is 1:1 and personal, via Discord or Telegram — in the same channel of communication you opened for the payment. There are no public download links and no file-sharing mirrors, ever: the buyer receives their personal build and license key directly from the team. This is not an aesthetic choice — it is part of how the licensing model protects you, because every build is issued to one specific buyer. See The Personal Loader, Explained.
Your dashboard is the record of everything: Order history lists each order with its ID, item, amount, current status and date, newest first. Every row has a copy button for the order ID, so the reference you need in tickets is always one click away. What the statuses mean is covered in the Billing FAQ.
Note:Delivery conversations happen in your own ticket or DM. Nobody from Nerotek will ever ask you to download a product from a public link, a file-sharing site, or anyone else's "mirror".
Tip:After payment, keep the conversation in one ticket. Splitting payment and delivery across several tickets or channels is the most common reason a delivery loses tempo.
