2FA, sign-in problems, password resets and your order history — the account questions answered.
Short, direct answers to the account questions that come up most often. Anything not covered here is a normal support conversation — see Contacting Support.
Two things, in order of impact: a long, unique password (the store requires at least 8 characters — go well beyond), and two-factor authentication, which is enabled from the Security card of your dashboard in about two minutes. The full walkthrough, including backup codes, is in Securing Your Account with 2FA.
There is currently no automated self-service password reset on the store — account and access problems are handled personally, the same way everything else is. Open a Discord ticket (or a Telegram DM) and describe the situation; having your order ID handy helps confirm the account is yours and speeds everything up.
Sign in with one of your backup codes — each of the 10 codes issued at activation works once in place of the authenticator code, and the Security card shows how many you have left. Out of codes as well? Contact the team through a ticket and recovery will be handled personally with ownership checks. The details are in Securing Your Account with 2FA.
Your dashboard lists every order in Order history: the NTK-... order ID, the item, the amount, the current status and the date, newest first. Each row has a one-click copy button for the order ID — the reference you will paste into every billing or license ticket. What the statuses mean is in the Billing FAQ.
There is no self-service email change on the account page today — and since every order is recorded against your account's email, the email is worth getting right at registration. Registered with an address you are about to lose, or spot a typo before buying anything? Raise it with the team in a ticket — the earlier it is raised, the easier it is to sort out.
Tip:Enable 2FA before your first purchase — the account that holds your licenses deserves the same treatment as your email inbox.
