Payments, order statuses and refunds — the short answers, with a pointer to the full refund policy.

This page collects the short answers to the billing questions buyers actually ask. The refund terms are the one topic this page deliberately does not restate — they live on their own page and that page is the single source of truth.

#What payment methods are accepted?

Payments are made in cryptocurrency; the options currently configured are shown at checkout. If no payment option is available for you, the purchase is completed personally through a Discord ticket, where the team provides the current payment details for your order. #What do the order statuses mean?

Orders in your dashboard's Order history carry one of three statuses. Note that delivery is not a dashboard status: it is coordinated personally in your ticket (see Order Review & Delivery), so an order can sit at paid while your build is already being prepared.

Status	Meaning
`paid`	The normal state of a completed checkout — the order is confirmed on our side and delivery proceeds personally in your ticket or DM
`pending`	The order is not yet confirmed as paid — typically while a payment is still being sorted out; if this happens after you paid, send your order ID and transaction hash to support
`refunded`	The order was refunded under the refund policy — see the refund policy for the exact terms

#What does the price include?

Every product is a one-time payment in EUR that grants a permanent license covering every server you own, with updates for the current major version included — no subscriptions, no per-server charges, no add-on store. The current lineup: System €15, System Velocity €5, Anti-Cheat €30, BedWars €25 and The Pit €25.

#How do refunds work?

Refunds are governed by the site's dedicated refund policy — see [Refund Policy](/refund-policy) for the terms and the process. The short version of the *how*: you reach the team on Discord or Telegram with your order ID, and the request is handled personally from there.

#Where is my order?

Right after checkout: the confirmation screen shows the NTK-... order ID and total.
Forever after: Dashboard → Order history — ID, item, amount, status and date, newest first.
Paid but nothing in history? That should not happen — open a ticket with the transaction hash and the approximate time, and it will be tracked down.

Note:Prices and the product lineup are always current on the store itself — the product pages are the source of truth, and this knowledge base links to them rather than duplicating them.
