Registering on the store, choosing a good email and a strong password, and what your account is used for.
Buying on the Nerotek store requires an account. The cart does not exist for logged-out visitors, and checkout is signed-in only — so the first step of any purchase is a quick registration. It takes under a minute and asks for exactly three things: a name, an email address and a password.
Your email is more than a login field: every order you place is recorded against your account's email, and support uses that email together with your order ID to match purchases to people. Use an address you actually check and expect to keep control of — losing access to it means losing the easiest path to your own order history.
Registration validates the email format but does not send a verification link today, so a typo would silently attach your future orders to a mailbox that is not yours. Double-check the address before you submit — it is the one field worth reading twice.
The store's password policy requires a minimum of 8 characters. That is the floor, not the target: because your account holds your licenses and order history, choose a long, unique passphrase that you do not use anywhere else. A four-or-five-word passphrase is both easier to remember and far stronger than a short password packed with symbols.
For a second layer of protection, enable two-factor authentication after registering — it takes about two minutes and is covered step by step in Securing Your Account with 2FA.
| Feature | What it does |
|---|---|
| Sign-in | Email + password at Login; with 2FA enabled, a 6-digit authenticator code is required as well |
| Cart & checkout | The cart and the checkout that issues your NTK-... order ID are account-only |
| Order history | Your dashboard lists every order with its ID, item, amount, status and date |
| Security | The dashboard Security card manages two-factor authentication and shows your backup-code status |
Tip:One account is all you ever need — every product and every license you buy accumulates on the same account and the same order history.
