Choosing the right network, sending the exact amount, keeping the transaction hash and what verification involves.
Payments on the Nerotek store are made in cryptocurrency. The options currently configured are shown at checkout; if none is available for you, payment is arranged personally through a Discord ticket, where the team provides the current payment details for your order. This page covers the practical side: sending the payment correctly so verification is fast and nothing gets stuck.
Warning:Only ever pay to the payment address shown at checkout or provided to you in an official Nerotek ticket. Payment details from any other source — DMs you did not open, comments, third parties — are not ours.
NTK-... order ID at hand — see How to Buy.Send the exact total shown for your order, in one transaction. Network fees are paid by the sender, so configure your wallet so that the amount received matches the total — not just the amount you typed in. An underpaid order cannot be verified cleanly and stays open until the difference is settled, which delays your delivery.
Keep it to one clean transaction unless the team explicitly asks otherwise. Splitting a payment across several sends makes matching slower and is the most common self-inflicted delay in the payment step.
Many coins can be sent over several networks, and they are not interchangeable. Sending over the wrong network can permanently lose your funds — there is often no practical way to recover a payment that arrived on a chain the recipient does not support. If the checkout or your ticket does not spell out the network for the coin you want to use, ask before sending. Wallet interfaces that ask you to pick a network are exactly the place to double-check.
Verification is manual and personal: the team checks that a payment matching your order — correct amount, correct network — has actually arrived on-chain. This is why the transaction hash matters: it points the team straight to your payment instead of a search. Once verification completes, the license is issued and your personal build is prepared for delivery, usually within hours of confirmation.
| Pitfall | What happens | How to avoid it |
|---|---|---|
| Wrong network | Funds may be permanently lost | Confirm the network for your coin in checkout or your ticket before sending |
| Underpayment | The order stays unverified until the shortfall is settled | Send the exact total so the received amount matches, fee headroom included |
| No transaction hash shared | Verification slows to a manual search | Always keep the txid and post it together with your order ID |
| Exchange withdrawal delays | The payment arrives later than you expected | Initiate the withdrawal early — exchanges batch outgoing transactions |
| Paying an unofficial address | Funds go to a stranger | Only use the address from checkout or your official Nerotek ticket |
Note:No card or wallet payment processing is offered — the crypto-plus-personal flow is deliberate: it keeps the store independent of payment processors and keeps every purchase attached to a human conversation.
